Quality Assurance Plan

Quality Assurance (QA) activities are conducted throughout the Project Management Life Cycle. DMS documents the QA procedures to be implemented in the Project Management Plan (PMP). The PMP describes the Critical to Quality (CTQ) metrics for the products and services to be provided. DMS periodically reviews and refines the CTQ Metrics. DMS will ensure that the Standard Policies and Procedures (SPP) 16 in the purchasing documents are provided to our subcontractors/vendors. The subcontractor/vendors follow these guidelines upon executing their scope of work.
